Land titles office deposit account

A land titles office (LTO) deposit account is the most convenient way to pay for at the land titles office. Your LTO deposit account can be used to:

  • Pay for copies of titles, documents and plans in our online services applications
  • Pay for survey plan submissions
  • Pay for land titles office registrations

Personal Property Registry deposit account

A Personal Property Registry (PPR) deposit account is a convenient payment option for clients who regularly search for and register in the Personal Property Registry.

Other ways to pay

  • In person: You can pay for land titles office or Personal Property Registry transactions in person at one of our six office locations.
  • By credit card online: VISA and MasterCard payments are accepted through our Documents Online, Survey Plans Online and Personal Property Registry applications only.
  • By phone: Clients without a deposit account can contact our Client Service Team at 1 (844) 737-5684 (toll-free) to make a payment by phone.
