Land Titles and Personal Property Registry

The Client Application Form* is used to request access to the following online services applications:

  • Titles Online
  • Documents Online
  • Survey Plans Online
  • Plan Deposit Submission
  • Personal Property Registry
  • eRegistration

Use the form to:

  • Register your organization to use Online Services
  • Update your organization's contact information
  • Request new user IDs or modify existing ones
  • Request a land titles office deposit account or a Personal Property Registry deposit account
  • Sign up for the land titles office deposit account top-up feature

We recommend opening the smart forms on a Windows computer using Adobe Reader DC.

Please don't email forms that contain your bank account information. They should be mailed or dropped off in person to our Winnipeg office (address above), Attention: Client Services Manager.

You will receive a confirmation email, including user IDs and passwords, after your application has been processed.
